2.	Congregational Leadership Seminar in Israel
	The Manhigut Seminar is an Israel based leadership study program for congregational and religious school boards with community professionals.
	Israel Experience programs are powerful tools for the enhancement of Jewish knowledge and commitment. A Rabbi that spends two weeks in Israel with his/her lay leadership in an intensive Jewish study framework, can transform the congregation.
	This 12-15 day seminar combines study and Israel travel. The seminar goes well beyond the realm of the traditional Israel tour. Staffed by a congregational professional and by a senior member of our educational staff who serves as tour educator and educational facilitator. The program incorporates a wide variety of pedagogic techniques including text study sessions, seminars, music, drama and values clarification sessions. The program offers a significant look at the concept of Jewish commitment and community.

Powerful educational seminar at the Kinneret Courtyard and Cemetery based on diary entries of the chalutzim. The History of modern Israel through stories and songs of each period. Opportunity to meet and interact with Israeli Arabs in their village in Galilee. Jewish Continuity Seminar at the Pinat Shorashim Biblical Peace Garden at Kibbutz Gezer.
